Friendly service, great wine recommendation, fresh and delicious menu of the day, homemade pasta (gluten-free pasta on request), everything homemade (salsiccia, meatballs, pasta, ...), ...

Homemade pasta. Good seafood. Decent wines. Outside very cozy atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely cannot understand the 1 star ratings.

This quite cozy restaurant offers a parking space on the Juxplatz right in front of the entrance. We hadn't made a reservation and still got a small table at the entrance - thank you again for that. Personally, however, the price level is too high for an Italian restaurant. If the starter plate costs almost 15 euros and there wasn't really much on it, then we skipped the main course.

This was quite nice - you can sit outside (parking lot, but quiet). They make their own pasta. I had a fish with tomato sauce, olives, and the like - it worked quite well. We tried some paccheri with a tomato/meat ragu, which also worked well. The mixed dessert was superb! Friendly service.

Simply great what they conjure up

We were definitely the first and last time there! The service is terribly unfriendly, we almost felt undesirable. The food was mediocre at most, but much too expensive. The ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling were hardly cooked, the filling was not through. The pizza was way overpriced with minimal topping. Food and drinks came almost simultaneously. It's also nice that we were able to watch how our ordered white wine (open wine) was chopped up from different wines. Conclusion: never again!

An Italian restaurant where you can eat well at fair prices. In summer you can spend nice hours on the terrace framed by olive trees.

I ran into the door of this restaurant when I was a kid. Glass door. Never saw it coming. The food was delicious but keep in mind I haven't been there in 20 years.

Authentic Italian cuisine and very good wines. It's great how La Casetta copes with the situation in this difficult time. Last weekend I took home a great antipasto misto, pizza and a great Pinot Grigio. Everything was very tasty, the only thing missing was the great atmosphere that I always enjoy at La Casetta. I also noticed the terrace is freshly oiled, but I hope to be able to stay there again soon. Hold on and see you soon. Tanti Saluti!

Great as the La Casetta team, continues to hold out despite the current situation. Give it a try. My wine selection for pizza last night fell on Cabernet Sauvignon. We recommend!! However, I hope to be able to stay at La Casetta again soon.

Very good Italian food with friendly service. The map and the implementation of the concept are coherent. Cooking is carried out here with sophistication. Even with simple dishes like a plate of Spaghetti all Amatriciana you can taste the conscience a bit and because of the conscience a bit I like to visit La Casetta regularly. The specialty of La Casetta is also reflected in a regularly changing day ticket. In addition, there are always special recommendations from the owner, the creative head of the house. In conclusion, I can only say: Try it out!

Yesterday I spent my lunch break at La Casetta and I was thrilled to have very good pizza and a spicy espresso at the end Finally, I can only say, I'll be back I hope I have some more time next time, because I really liked what I saw about fish and meat at one or the other neighboring table the bottom line highly recommended the La Casetta in Mainz Gonsenheim

The ambience was nice however the table they gave us was just facing the wall .we ordered lasagna and we could not eat it. Nothing even close to lasagna.

The food tastes good, yes. Good food costs money, yes. However, the portions are getting smaller and more expensive. Today ordered 3 x small pizza (26cm) for 6,70 to 7,60 €, measured 21 cm. Coincidence or impudence?

(auf schlechte Deutsche unterhalb) I was there once and we had a pasta dish (my companion) and a steak (me). The Pasta was tasty and overall well-prepared, but sadly the steak was bellow par. It was of decent quality and gilled to my liking, but came drenched in an extremely salty sauce. As decoration, there was a stalk of Parsley that was dry. This is a very minor issue, and forgibable if this was a pub, but not in a 20-30 per person dinner. How expensive can it be to have fresh parsley? The salad was also very sad - a small portion of tomato and lettuce with very little and tasteless dressing. It should be noted that on my request (for diet reasons) there was no other side. All in all a sub-par dish. Service was passable. If you are interested in eating pasta, give it a go even though I find it on the expensive side of life. I will probably not be repeating the experience. ---- Auf Deutsche Ich wäre da einmal mit mein Jemand, wir haben Pasta und Steak gegessen. Die Pasta schmeckt gut. Leider der Steak hat ein extrem Salzig Sauce. Von ein art Decoration, kommt mit ein Petersilienwurzel aber trockene. Keine groß problem wenn die Restaurant ein Kneipe wäre, aber die preis is ~20euro fur die steak. Auch die Salat wäre auch traurig. Preis leistung nicht besonders gut. Der Service ist ok aber nicht besonders freundlich.
